Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription:

We offer our customers the option to purchase products via a monthly subscription model, which includes a 10% discount on all subscription orders, including your first order.

To ensure fair use of our subscription discounts and to protect against misuse, we have implemented the following subscription policy:

Minimum Commitment: By opting into a subscription plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 months deliveries before cancellation or pausing is permitted.

Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription before fulfilling the minimum commitment, you will be charged the discount difference (i.e., 25% of the first order’s total) retroactively, unless otherwise waived at our discretion.

Subscription Modifications: After the minimum commitment period is met, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team at info@growlygummies.com.

Renewals: Subscription orders will be automatically processed every 30 days unless paused or canceled after the commitment period.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This helps us continue offering the best value to our loyal customers while preventing misuse of our discounts.
